About Grace

Hey there, friends! I'm Grace, and welcome to my blog. I guess you're interested in learning a bit about me, huh?

The photo above makes me look pretty cool and fun and hilarious. I have to say, all are pretty true statements. I would certainly like to think so. I mean, just look at that jacket. That is the epitome of cool.

Grace is my name and since it's so short and is only one syllable, it's the only one I get to sport. No nicknames here, and that's totally fine with me! I will tell you what I do have, though, and that is spunk. Is it acceptable to say that you have spunk? Oh well, we're doing it. I'm a homeschooled high school student, confusing, I know, and my favorite subjects are literature, history, and government. Strangely enough, I love politics! That is certainly out of the ordinary for any teenager in my small Missouri town. I love to debate and converse and learn about other people's views and thoughts. Aside from that, I of course love disney, makeup, coffee, and books. I'm very passionate about my fandoms and the things that I love, and would that consider me a nerd or a geek? YES.

So hey, I have depression. It's not a big deal, but I think that it's important to know. It's important because it's still a part of me, a big part of me, and it'll be a pretty big part of this blog. I'm passionate about mental health and I'm especially passionate about educating people on mental health. Even if the subject has to be my own struggles.

Why in the world did you start a blog, Grace? A good question that I'm sure you're all just dying to ask. The answer would probably start with my love for writing. I have always loved writing, ever since I was in elementary school. I loved to create characters and stories. I loved to write essays, loved to write paragraphs, loved to share my stories with everyone. So maybe that's why. It's just full circle for me, like I'm supposed to be here writing this blog for you. I do hope that you enjoy it!

XOXO

  1. Hello Grace! Your blog was the first thing I read in those first days of the year. I really liked it and I look forward to reading more of your texts. My 2017 was also a roller coaster. Sometimes it seemed like a ghost train. You want so much to be there, and when the trolley starts to walk, you you want to jump off. hahaha.I like to write and talk about the same subjects as you.I wish you success for your blog! I'm following your instagram too. I'm Rhel Liam
